What the activity technical certificate is

It is also known as a technical certificate without project. It certifies that the premises and the activity meet municipal and regional regulations to open to the public, and it is submitted to the City Council.

It allows certain lower-risk business activities to start without submitting a full technical project. If your activity needs a project, what applies is an opening license.

How we work

    You pay an advance of €200 and we arrange the visit to the premises.

  2. Site visit

    A technician visits the premises, takes photos and measurements.

  3. Floor plan

    We draw the floor plan of the premises from the measurements taken.

  4. Payment and delivery

    You pay the outstanding amount and we send you the technical certificate as a digitally signed PDF.

  5. Submission to the City Council

    You submit the certificate to the City Council. If you prefer, we submit it for an extra €40 + VAT.
