What is the energy certificate

It is required to sell or rent a home or premises. A certified technician visits the property and assesses the facade materials, the windows and the heating and cooling installations.

The certificate rates the property's energy efficiency with a letter from A (most efficient) to G and includes recommendations to save energy. It is valid for 10 years.

From €150 + VAT, with the visit included, and the certificate within 7 working days of the visit.

  2. Site visit

    A technician visits the property, as the regulations require, and checks the facade, the windows and the heating and cooling installations. The visit is included in the price.

  3. Calculation

    We calculate the energy rating of the property, from A to G, and prepare the improvement recommendations.

  4. Payment and delivery

    Once payment has been made, we deliver the certificate within 7 working days of the visit.
